The Dubliner made his debut on the soap on Tuesday evening, turning heads in the village, with Bobbi Lee taking particular interest.
“A friend of Niall’s, Luke has decided to visit him in Connemara and Niall is delighted to catch up with his good buddy and hear all of his latest news,” said Ros na Rún.

“Bobbi Lee appears to be a little captivated by her partner’s tall, dark, chatty friend. Has Niall anything to be worried about over New Year, and is there more to Luke’s visit than catching up with an old friend?”
There may be trouble ahead…
“He’s a fun character, charming, yet hidden and it’s brilliant to be part of such a progressive and professional cast and crew who are delivering excellent Irish language TV drama from a wonderful set in Spiddal in the Connemara Gaeltacht, a place which is very close to my heart,” said Ó Braonáin.

“2020 has created challenges for everyone, yet it’s also afforded us the opportunity to reboot and be more creative. I’ve worked on some excellent new music, which is now available on iTunes, so it’s been a positive year for me.”
