Inter Milan is already looking at the winter market and Antonio Conte is already thinking about his rejects.
The sports management, according to ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport’, is working on five departures: Christian Eriksen, Radja Nainggolan, Matías Vecino, Ivan Perisic and Andrea Pinamonti.
Inter Milan, after the elimination of the Champions League and their farewell to Europe this season, Conte is already beginning to focus solely on national territory. Serie A becomes a priority and will no longer have such a tight schedule.
For this reason, according to ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport’, Antonio Conte has provided a list of five discards to the sports management. Five names that could leave the club in the winter market in January.
The first of these is Christian Eriksen. Star at Tottenham and not so much in Milan. The Dane has not fitted in with Conte and Inter could make a killing on him. He has played 12 games, but only five as a starter -373 minutes-.
Ivan Perisic, at 31 years of age, has had a little more of a leading role, but he is not a permanent fixture in the eleven. Yes, he has been a useful player in the rotations, but with the elimination in the Champions League there will not be as many minutes to distribute.
It is a more complicated situation for Radja Nainggolan. Only 44 minutes so far this year for him. There were rumours of a possible exit in summer that didn’t materialise.
Other members such as Matías Vecino or Andrea Pinamonti, according to the aforementioned media, have run out of space and Inter could look for a new destination for them to free up their salary budget.
