COVID-19 continues to closely hit PSG. The Parisian club informed on Sunday of one of their players testing positive in the tests carried out on the squad.
“Following the tests carried out this Sunday, a player from Paris Saint-Germain has been confirmed as positive in the Sars CoV2 PCR test”, the club explained in a statement.

Il va donc respecter l'isolement et est soumis au protocole sanitaire approprié.

“Therefore, he will respect the isolation and is subject to the appropriate health protocol”, PSG continued without giving more details on the identity of the player.
The team, by the way, returned to training on 3rd January, now under the orders of their new manager Mauricio Pochettino
